We basically use two types of backing, they are artificial leather backing or genuine suede backing. Both options have anti-slippery features. You can choose any of them for any rug.
Every natural material fades in the long run if exposed to direct sunlight. Accordingly, our %100 natural sheep fur rugs may discolor in the long run if stayed under strong light sources. We recommend against keeping our rugs in direct sunlight or under strong spotlights in showrooms etc. Pay attention to using them away from the windows if possible.
We ship our products worldwide by express courier most of the time but we also use any possible shipment method like road or oceanway. As per our client’s preference, we can ship them all included services like all taxes and fees of the importer country paid or we can offer a competitive freight rate with our service providers.

Following your order approval it most of the time takes 6 to 8 weeks to ship your order. If your order is a very complicated custom design, it may take more time. We will inform you regarding any probable longer lead time before order placement.
The basic philosophy of our company is to follow animal rights that’s why we never use the pelts of wild and hunt animals. We only use the pelts of sheep or cows which are slaughtered in appropriate conditions for their meat.
As long as you notify us regarding cancellation in a short time before we order our pelts, yes, you can cancel your order. We %100 refund your payment in that case.
